Branding
The original ‘triple Q’ logo was designed to reflect the three distinct divisions of Queensbury Signs and Engineering Limited back in the early 1970’s. The Company has undergone a number of transformations since that time and the ‘single Q’ design better represents the company’s focus on its core business of providing high quality passenger shelters.
Website
Technology has moved on considerably since Queensbury Shelters' website was launched and today at least 39% of sales start with an online search with* over half through mobile phones. In other words Queensbury needed a website to meet the needs of consumers in its marketplace and a completely responsive site that would work across different devices.
The new website has a collapsible menu, enabling guests to easily navigate within the site on any device. The design is clean, simple and uses strong product imagery allowing visitors to quickly and efficiently locate the right product or service for their needs.
There is also a clear ‘call to action’ on each page and a sophisticated Contact Form which enables the user to direct their enquiry to the relevant department within the business. This speeds up Queensbury’s response rate to improve customer service levels.
A resource area further helps visitors in their selection of the right product or partner with PDF brochures, product information and a ‘Things to Consider’ section which outlines some of the key considerations when purchasing and installing bus shelters.
Marketing Collateral
Austin Marketing has worked alongside Queensbury to develop an entirely new range of marketing collateral including a company brochure. As product information and case studies are ever changing Queensbury wanted to develop a suite of templates which could be amended and edited in-house by Queensbury personnel including a template for adverts to be used both online and press.
Website Management and Search Engine Optimisation
Austin Marketing also provides day-to-day website management, social media and SEO services, as well as running a number of outbound digital marketing campaigns.
In the time immediately following the launch of the new website compared to the same amount of time prior we saw a 175% increase in sessions. Similarly the session duration improved by 69% as well as the bounce rate which saw a 20% drop. All of these figures indicate improved user engagement. With more people visiting the site and staying to learn more about Queensbury and what they have to offer.
